  • ALL GUESTS

    What Documentation Do I need?:

While a passport is always recommended, you do not need a passport for this cruise as it’s a closed circuit cruise; however, you will need proper documentation to gain access onto the ship. You must have:

-a Passport book that is still valid 6 months after the cruise OR

-a government issued ID or drivers license and a US state birth-certificate where names must match (no baby feet birth certificates)

Children under 16 will only need a state issued birth certificate.

**All guests must send over proper documentation for wedding coordinator to be cleared for ship access

    What time should we arrive?

We highly suggest that you arrive in Port Canaveral (or Orlando, FL for those who may be flying), the day before the ceremony, as we must be prompt for arrival time at port the day of. Below are a couple of affordable hotels that are close to port:

-SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

-Residence Inn by Marriott Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

    Where Can We Park?:

Port parking is $17 a day (plus tax) and rates may be subject to change. For our sailing guests, keep in mind that we will be on a 4 day, 3 night cruise and this will be a daily cost that must be satisfied when exiting the port parking lot.

    When can we Check-In?:

Due to the fact that we are a wedding party, we will receive priority boarding. This means that we must arrive to the port at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 18th to be escorted onto the boat. Once you board the ship, as a sailing guest, you will not be allowed back off at port. If you are a non-sailing guest, once aboard, you will not be permitted to leave the ship until you are escorted off after the wedding. With this being said, anything that you plan on bringing aboard should be with you at check-in.

    SAILING GUESTS

    What is a SeaPass?:

Your SeaPass is your LIFELINE!! This one card is used for EVERYTHING on board! It is your charge card for things such as food and shopping. This card will be directly connected to your credit/debit card of choice OR your cash account that can be set up through guest services. It is your ROOM KEY as well as your entry pass for events such as game shows, comedy shows, lounges and night clubs. You will NEED this card to exit the ship, enter each port destination (Bahamas and CocoCay), and for reentry back aboard the ship.

    What other costs are necessary?

There will be a daily gratuity fee which you will be expected to satisfy before departing the cruise ship. You can pre-pay the amount by contacting World of Wonder Travel or allow the fee to be charged to your SeaPass daily. This amount is currently set at $16 per day, per person for Junior Suites and below such as interior, balcony and ocean view staterooms, and $18.50 per person, per day for Grand Suites and above. These rates are subjected to change at any time.

**An 18% tip is automatically added to all drink purchases

    What about WiFi?:

Being that we will be in the middle of the ocean, you will not have access to cellular land services. You can choose to be content with this and purely utilize the free chat option through the Royal Caribbean app, purchase a package through the ship or a plan through your cell phone company. The chat option only allows you to communicate with friends and family members aboard the ship after being added, and is NOT a WiFi plan.
